lovemy.fit ("we", "our", or "the app") is a Telegram-based personal fitness assistant. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.

1. Data We Collect

• Telegram user ID and name (for bot communication)
• Body metrics you enter: weight, steps, sleep hours, calories, protein
• Workout logs and training notes
• Fitness data from connected services (WHOOP, FatSecret) — only with your explicit authorization

2. How We Use Your Data

• To generate daily check-in reports and progress summaries
• To share progress with your personal trainer (only if you connect one)
• To sync nutrition data from FatSecret
• To sync recovery, sleep and workout data from WHOOP

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties. Data is shared with your connected trainer only within the app.

4. Third-Party Services

When you connect WHOOP or FatSecret, you authorize those services to share your fitness data with lovemy.fit. Their respective privacy policies apply.

5. Data Storage

Data is stored on a private server (DigitalOcean, EU region). You can request deletion of your data at any time.
